This is a living private declaration.
It records the standing of my private estate trust and the inherent natural rights of this living woman — grounded in natural law, common law, equity, and the original Imperial constitutional compact that forms the true foundation of this Commonwealth.

Contained within this notice are clear affirmations that:

• I stand as the authorised agent, executor, beneficiary and CEO of my private estate trust, ©Dawn Michelle Kelly, under private express trust structure and PPSR security.
• No contract, presumption of obligation, administrative enforcement or statutory demand may lawfully arise without my explicit, knowing, willing autograph and signature, executed in full disclosure and free from duress.
• I do not consent to be governed by, or made subject to, any ideological system rooted in socialism, communism, Marxism, collectivism, or by instruments originating from or facilitated by the United Nations or its affiliated bodies — including through local councils acting under the influence, direction, or membership of ICLEI, a private foreign corporate entity advancing UN Agenda 21/2030 objectives.
• Any such overreach is expressly repudiated as ultra vires, contrary to natural law, a breach of trust, and an act of legalised plunder.
• I reserve all inherent rights to travel freely upon the common ways for private, non-commercial purposes, without compelled licensing, registration, or waiver of unalienable rights.
• I require any party asserting authority or claim over this estate or living woman to provide bona fide proof of claim, including verified contracts, lawful jurisdiction, and evidence of knowing, willing consent, failing which such presumptions stand null, void, and without lawful force.

This notice is shared freely.
